1. What are the school hours and schedule?
Classes run every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. To ensure a smooth start to the morning, students must arrive 5 minutes prior to 10:00 AM.
2. What ages or grade levels do you accept?
We welcome students ranging from 6 years old through teenage high school levels.
3. How do I register my child for the upcoming school year?
Registration is handled exclusively online. You can complete your registration form directly on our Application Page.
4. Does your curriculum include Quran memorization or Arabic language?
No. Our focus is strictly dedicated to Islamic Studies comprehension and Islamic values. We do not teach Quran memorization or Arabic language courses.
5. What textbooks and learning materials are used?

6. Do parents need to purchase books separately?
No. All required textbooks and learning materials are fully provided and covered as part of your tuition.

Consistent attendance is vital for your child’s progress. Students are allowed a maximum of 6 absences per semester to remain in good standing.
9. What is the dress code policy for students?
Students should wear modest, comfortable clothing appropriate for an Islamic school environment and prayer.
10. Are snacks provided during school hours?
Yes, light snacks are provided for students during their mid-morning break.
11. How do teachers and administration communicate with parents?
All official updates, announcements, and teacher communications are conducted through designated WhatsApp parent groups.
12. What security measures are in place on campus?
For the safety of all students and staff, on-site security personnel are present throughout the entire school day.
13. Are parents expected to volunteer?
Yes. River Oaks Islamic School is a parent-led community effort. Active parent participation is required, and all enrolled families must volunteer to support school operations.
