Welcome and hook

Ask: What makes someone an example worth following?
ANSWER KEY: A worthy example has truthful teachings and consistent character: honesty, mercy, courage, patience, justice, and obedience to Allah.
IF THE ROOM IS QUIET: Read the answer key, then ask students to give one example.

لَّقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِى رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرْجُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلْيَوْمَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَ وَذَكَرَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًا

Verily in the messenger of Allah ye have a good example for him who looketh unto Allah and the Last Day, and remembereth Allah much.
WHAT TO POINT OUT: Muhammad ﷺ is Allah's final prophet and messenger.
TIP: Read the English slowly. Students do not need to translate the Arabic themselves.

Muhammad ﷺ is Allah's final prophet and messenger.
The Qur'an was revealed to him through Jibril over about twenty-three years.
His Sunnah includes his teachings, actions, approvals, and character as reliably reported.
Muslims love him without worshipping him; worship belongs to Allah alone.
Following his example includes mercy, honesty, patience, justice, and excellent manners.

Name situations: losing a game, finding money, meeting a newcomer, or being insulted.
Groups choose one quality—mercy, honesty, patience, or justice—and act out a good response.
The class identifies the quality shown.
TEACHER TIP: Model one example first. Keep teams small, invite quieter students without forcing them, and stop with two minutes left for the debrief.
ASK: What is one Prophetic quality we can practice before next Sunday?
LISTEN FOR: Look for a response that correctly demonstrates mercy, honesty, patience, or justice without confusing good character with passivity.

ASK: What is the most important idea from today, and how could you use it?
ANSWER KEY: A strong answer should include this idea: Muhammad ﷺ is Allah's final prophet and messenger.
IF NEEDED, START THE SENTENCE: “Today I learned that…”
TAKE-HOME ACTION: Choose one Prophetic quality and notice one family member practicing it this week.
