Welcome and hook

Ask: What should a good person do immediately after making a mistake?
ANSWER KEY: Stop the wrong, admit it without excuses, ask Allah and anyone harmed for forgiveness, repair the harm, and try not to repeat it.
IF THE ROOM IS QUIET: Read the answer key, then ask students to give one example.

فَتَلَقَّىٰٓ ءَادَمُ مِن رَّبِّهِۦ كَلِمَـٰتٍ فَتَابَ عَلَيْهِ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

Then Adam received from his Lord words (of revelation), and He relented toward him. Lo! He is the Relenting, the Merciful.
WHAT TO POINT OUT: Adam was the first human and a prophet of Allah.
TIP: Read the English slowly. Students do not need to translate the Arabic themselves.

Adam was the first human and a prophet of Allah.
Allah created Adam from clay and taught him knowledge.
Shaytan tempted Adam and his wife; their mistake did not make repentance impossible.
Adam turned back to Allah, and Allah accepted his repentance.
The lesson is responsibility and hope—not blaming another person for our choices.

Give pairs a simple scenario: hurtful words, broken property, cheating, or ignoring a rule.
They build a four-step repair: stop, admit, ask Allah and the person for forgiveness, make it right.
Invite two pairs to role-play a sincere repair.
TEACHER TIP: Model one example first. Keep teams small, invite quieter students without forcing them, and stop with two minutes left for the debrief.
ASK: Why is admitting a mistake a sign of strength rather than weakness?
LISTEN FOR: A sincere repair includes responsibility, repentance, an apology when someone was harmed, restitution where possible, and a better plan.

ASK: What is the most important idea from today, and how could you use it?
ANSWER KEY: A strong answer should include this idea: Adam was the first human and a prophet of Allah.
IF NEEDED, START THE SENTENCE: “Today I learned that…”
TAKE-HOME ACTION: Share one mistake you learned from and one repair you made, without naming or embarrassing another person.
