Welcome and hook

Ask: What kind of reward helps a person keep going through something difficult?
ANSWER KEY: A promised reward gives meaning to patience. Jannah gives believers hope, but hope should lead to faith, repentance, and righteous action.
IF THE ROOM IS QUIET: Read the answer key, then ask students to give one example.

سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَيْكُم بِمَا صَبَرْتُمْ ۚ فَنِعْمَ عُقْبَى ٱلدَّارِ

Peace be unto you because ye persevered. Ah, passing sweet will be the sequel of the (heavenly) Home.
WHAT TO POINT OUT: Jannah is the lasting home of peace and reward Allah has prepared for the believers.
TIP: Read the English slowly. Students do not need to translate the Arabic themselves.

STEP 4 OF 6

Jannah is the lasting home of peace and reward Allah has prepared for the believers.
The Qur'an describes gardens, peace, security, and joy, while its full reality is beyond what we know.
Entry is by Allah's mercy; sincere faith and righteous deeds are reasons to seek that mercy.
Hope in Jannah should motivate worship, patience, kindness, and repentance.
Avoid claiming specific people are guaranteed Jannah unless revelation says so.

Place cards reading prayer, patience, honesty, kindness, repentance, and gratitude across the room.
Read an everyday challenge; teams select the action that could move a person toward Allah's pleasure.
Require a one-sentence explanation before the next turn.
TEACHER TIP: Model one example first. Keep teams small, invite quieter students without forcing them, and stop with two minutes left for the debrief.
ASK: How should hope change what we do today?
LISTEN FOR: The selected action should be lawful, sincere, and connected to Allah's pleasure; more than one answer may be reasonable if students explain it.

ASK: What is the most important idea from today, and how could you use it?
ANSWER KEY: A strong answer should include this idea: Jannah is the lasting home of peace and reward Allah has prepared for the believers.
IF NEEDED, START THE SENTENCE: “Today I learned that…”
TAKE-HOME ACTION: Create a family list of actions that bring peace into the home now.
